University market and pricing

Founder assumption

100,000 eligible US/Europe students and $75–$100 per paid semester are planning assumptions. One billed semester implies $7.5M–$10M; two imply $15M–$20M.

Early commercial target

Target, not contracted ARR

20–30 programs, 2,000–2,500 paid seats in each billed semester. Base: 2,250 × $87.50 × 2 = $393,750 annualized potential.

FIFA agent exam applications
